Who we are

Tunes is a music academy and production company in Auckland, New Zealand, and the home of the Heshan Gamage Academy. In this policy, “we” means Tunes.

What we collect

When you send us an enquiry through the enrol or contact form, we receive:

• your name and email address
• your phone number, if you choose to give it
• your message, and the options you pick (such as the program, format or level)

The same applies if you email or call us directly. We don’t collect anything else about you.

How we use it

We use your email address and phone number only to reply to your enquiry and contact you about it, for example to arrange a class or discuss a project.

We don’t add you to a mailing list, send you marketing, or use your details for advertising.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is emailed to the Tunes team at [email protected]. Our web host and email provider deliver it, as with any email. We never sell, rent or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry only as long as we need it to help you. Ask us at any time and we’ll delete it.

Cookies, tracking and videos

This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

The videos on our site come from Facebook. They only load when you press play. Once a video loads, Facebook’s own privacy policy applies to it.

Security and spam protection

To stop spam, our server keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address when you send a form, so it can limit repeat submissions. It isn’t used for anything else.

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes basic technical information, such as your internet address, to keep the site fast and secure.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email [email protected] or call 022 460 8434.
